Connection with Brittany
Notes

Fleuriot listed this MS among Breton Gospel-books (DGVB 7; Fleuriot 1983: 105). However, just like in the case of Angers, BM, MS 22, there is no clear evidence pointing to a Breton origin; in fact, it is virtually certain that this MS was written at Angers, probably at the abbey of Saint-Serge (cf. Kat. I, 17; Vezin 1974: 169, 282–3).
