Notes	Bischoff (1960: 240, 242) suggested a Breton or Western Frankish origin for this MS on the basis of its insular-influenced script. Moreover, Bischoff (1977: 45) proposed to attribute a few insular corrections found in this codicological unit to the hand of Sedulius Scottus. Plausible as they may be, it is currently difficult to prove (or disprove) these suggestions.
